The fundamental and applied research materials, contemporary engineering decisions, hypotheses and scientific polemics are published in the journal. All articles should be reviewed. The review should contain the following obligatory points:
- the title should be relevant to its contents;
- actuality of the item and scientific standard of the article
- presence of the bibliographic list and its sufficiency
- argument level and availability of research presentation
- author’s contribution to the development of the theme, announced in the title
- advantages and disadvantages of the article
- the list of the necessary corrections and supplements
- reviewer’s conclusion (variants: should be recommended, should be recommended with some improvement, shouldn’t be recommended for publishing)
- certified reviewer’s signature, the scientific degree should be second.
The article finally completed is sent for the second reviewing. The positive review is not enough for publishing the article. The editorial staff of journal conclude if the article should be published.
